Dr Moreton was part of the team delivering the community recovery units of an Advanced Diploma of Public Safety (Emergency Management) for the TAFE NSW. Dr Moreton worked with Anne Leadbeater to deliver a pilot, as guests of the State Recovery Office in South Australia. This program assisted participants to engage with community recovery concepts and processes, and to prepare for community recovery after a natural disaster. It is hoped that many more jurisdictions and organisations take advantage of this opportunity, available through the TAFE NSW.
