Dr Moreton has assisted Kinnford Consulting and as part of their team, has co-facilitated community engagement and co-design workshops with community members in a NSW community. The focus of these workshops was to develop and enhance an idea generated from within the community, to strengthen their community capital, and to enhance the capacity of their young people to both learn and engage in employment after the completion of their secondary education. This was an interesting project that provided a first hand opportunity to co-design a community generated project and prepare the concept for consideration for funding.
